The panel, which included myself, Carl Swansbury FCA, Nicki Clark OBE, and Thomas Stapley-Bunten addressed over 100 business founders and owners with insights on how business owners can maximise the value of their company whilst planning for exit. A large part of that discussion featured around the benefit of having NEDs and board advisors at this key time.
